Brahm has spent his career building and managing beverage programs for numerous award-winning restaurants. With a background in business development, he has worked on diverse projects in the food & beverage world. This experience gives him a unique lens from which to approach building and managing Faucet’s asset structure. In addition to his role as CEO of FAUCET, Brahm currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Court of Master Sommeliers and is an advisor to numerous hospitality businesses throughout the U.S.

Throughout his career, Scott has developed an intimate working knowledge of both the supply side and sales sides of the industry. As CFO of FAUCET, his tactical working experience with supply chain logistics, compliance and inventory management offers a practical approach to the role. Scott previously worked as a sommelier and wine director managing the acquisition and sale of fine and rare wines, and in national sales management positions for leading global importers and beverage suppliers.

Dan O’Brien’s career spans every aspect of the wine industry. He has developed several wine brands, managed winery estates, built investment-grade wine inventories for hotels and restaurants and consulted on operations and production for notable wineries, distributors and restaurant groups. As COO, his vast experience in the wine industry is at the core of FAUCET’s portfolio of companies and streamlined infrastructure. Dan is also the founder and winemaker of GAIL, a boutique wine producer based in Sonoma, California.
